Important Details

• A $500 security deposit is required by e-transfer 72 hours before the reserved stay. It will be returned within 24 hours after the property has been inspected following departure.
• The winner may contact Alexa to reserve their stay anytime after receiving prize confirmation. Dates must be reserved no later than February 28, 2027. Failure to reserve by this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• If the winner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking, assume responsibility, and remain on the property for the entire stay.
