Message from our Chair
Student mental health has never been so important as now, with the ever changing and unpredictable times we are living in. COPE Service Dogs is thrilled to announce the expansion of our Canines in the Classroom program. Two Mississauga-area high schools, West Credit Secondary and Meadowvale Secondary School, are readying themselves for a pilot that will see students train puppies and dogs destined to be service and therapy dogs for the community. As well as focusing on student’s wellbeing, this growth offers unique volunteer opportunities to many people living in a community. I invite everyone to checkout https://bit.ly/3bI9prq

We are doing the puppy welcome dance for our girl Sierra Sunshine, who gave birth to 6 pups – 5 females and 1 male. Many thanks to Dogs with Wings for taking such good care of our girl and the new litter!
Meet Raven
It was not only Raven’s first photoshoot last week but also the first time she had her cape placed on her back. An emotional and aweing moment for everyone that was present. Raven was born August 8th, 2021 and came to COPE from National Service Dogs
